First of all, I would like to publicly thank my Surgeons, Sofoulis Papavarnavas & Christos Elissaios, who helped me in my operation as well as all the staff of the Operating Room at the Apollonion Hospital.

But also, the people who work there from the secretaries to the entrance security guards. They are all so kind and helpful.

May God keep you well and give you strength to take care of the sick.

My grandfather went on a 3-day vacation in a room with a sea view. He had 2 operations, valve and pacemaker placement, and returned home!

I want to thank all the staff, nurses and, especially, the doctors, George Georgiou and Ilias Papasavvas, for their professionalism and impeccable service. They treated my grandfather, as I'm sure all the other patients, like a member of their family and that should not go unnoticed.

It’s the Hospital of my heart. God bless them all. I wish they all have health and strength to offer what they offered to me, my life. On April 5, after a criminal mistake at a homeopathic doctor's office, I suffered an allergic shock with consequent cardiac arrest with 13 minutes of CPR. Then I was intubated. One in a million has survived what happened to me without the cardiac arrest leaving any trace behind.

When I opened my eyes, everyone was saying how lucky I was. I don't think it was luck. It was the doctors and nurses, the impeccable Hospital. As they say, good captains prove their capabilities during a storm. That’s exactly the case of Apollonion. All of them are great. I cannot express, that is, there are no words for these people.

I survived because they fought to keep me alive; Bless you all from the bottom of my heart. A heart held by these people; I owe you so much.
