How can I come to your hospital in order to have an examination?
a. Upon appointment with one of the doctors of our Hospital.
b. Upon medical referral from another doctor.
I was examined in the Emergency Room and the doctor granted me a sick leave.
If, during your visit in the ER, your doctor recommended a sick leave, he will have given you the "Sick Leave Recommendation” form, which will explicitly mention the days of leave. With this document you will address your insurance company.
Can I have a copy of my X-ray on CD?
X-rays, as well as CTs and MRIs, can be given on a CD:
a. By filing a request to the secretary of the Radiology Department, for those who are day patients.
b. By filing a request to the hospital’s Medical Records Department, for those who have been hospitalized.
Is there FREE Wi-Fi in your hospital?
Yes, with unlimited access.
Is there any way to transport the patient from the hospital back home? The patient is unable to either walk or use a taxi because a stretcher is needed.
Yes, through the Private Ambulance Service owned and provided by the Apollonio Hospital.
Can I spend the night in the hospital as a patient escort?
Only in exceptional circumstances, in severe cases, with the consent of the attending physician and the charge nurse.
Where can I find a stroller upon my arrival at the Hospital?
You may contact the Information Desk, at the Main Hospital Entrance, or the First Aid Center, at the entrance of the Hospital.
Where can I park during my visit to the Hospital?
The hospital has several parking spaces in front of the building, which are available for free to both patients and escorts. In case you are having difficulty, you may contact Security and ask them to help you.
If I need to be transported to the hospital, is there a Hospital Ambulance Service?
Apollonion Hospital has four modern ambulances that are in operation 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
Where should I address my complaints?
a. To the Customer Service - Complaints.
b. To particular questionnaires and complaint/suggestion boxes in the central premises of the Hospital.

d. If your request is not satisfied, you can contact the Administrative Support Division.
Can I have a copy of my Medical Record?
Yes, by request to Apollonion Private Hospital and receipt within five working days.
Does your hospital have contracts with Private Funds (CYTA, EAC, PEO, SEK)?
Yes. Please check with your Fund if it covers your intervention/treatment according to your attending physician diagnosis and up to what amount.
Does your hospital have contracts with Private Insurance Companies?
Yes, Apollonion Private Hospital has contracts with all Private Insurance Companies. Please check with your insurance company if it covers your intervention/treatment according to your attending physician diagnosis and up to what amount.
How do I settle my account?
We accept cash, checks, as well as Visa Card payments.
How do I make an appointment with your Doctors?
For information and for scheduling an appointment with our Doctors, you can either visit the Doctor's Secretariat directly on Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, except Thursdays until 13:00. Alternatively, you can call the Hospital Call Center (22469000) to help you. In case you are not able to attend your appointment, please contact us in a timely manner to cancel your appointment so that someone else may be consulted in your place.
