Private Hospital, is situated at Lefkotheon Avenue in Makedonitissa, near Lefkotheon and
approximately 200 metres away from the Archangelos traffic lights. It is built on an area of five acres. |

The Apollonion consists of 60 beds of single and double rooms. All
the rooms are equipped with central heating, central air conditioning, bath, radio,
television, telephone and central oxygen supply. Patients can communicate with the nurses
on duty at any time by the internal nursing call system which is available in all rooms.

Apollonion
houses the AMERICAN HEART INSTITUTE which specializes in cardiac-surgery, cardial heart
catheterization and angioplastic surgery

| OUT-PATIENTS |
The out
patient department in all specialities is situated on a the ground floor of the luxurious
and spacious Hospital. The main advantage for the patient as well as the doctor is that
all tests and treatment can be done in the hospital simultaneously.

| CASUALTY DEPARTMENT |

The
Casualty Department is situated on the ground floor of the Hospital,
and its competent medical personnel are ready to handle any
emergency on a 24 hour basis. It consists of 2 examining rooms fully
equipped for first aid treatment and minor surgery |

| AMBULANCE |
|
Apollonion Private Hospital offers an ambulance service, which meets
all medical criteria and carries out all necessary medical
procedures, on a 24 hour basis. By contacting the Hospital, both
ambulances are immediately mobilized and very often medical care
begins in the ambulance according to doctor’s instructions. |

| CAFETERIA |
| There is a cafeteria on the
ground floor of the hospital which serves beverages and sandwiches, so
as to facilitate the
relatives and friends of patients. |

| MEALS |
The
meals are prepared by the hospital chef after consultation with the patient’s doctor and
dietician
The meals are served as follows:
Breakfast: 07.00 am – 08.00 am
Lunch: 12.00 pm – 13.00 pm
Dinner 18.00 pm – 19.00 pm
First class patients have a choice of menu. |

| If you
wish to mail anything, you can give it to the reception or to any member of the nursing
staff. |

For calls, call directly by
dialing 9 for a line. You can dial all over the world from your room through the
receptionist. All calls are automatically listed by an electronic calculator and are
charged to your account.

| NEWSPAPERS – MAGAZINES |
Newspapers or magazines of your choice can be requested from the
reception.

| DISCHARGES |
When the doctor decides that the patient is ready to be discharged
from the Hospital, he will give detailed instructions concerning the timing of discharge
and further treatment. The patient’s bill will be ready at the Accountancy department
for payment, before departure.

| PERSONAL
ITEMS |
| You are kindly requested to give
your money, jewelry or any other valuables to the Administrator as soon as
possible after
your arrival, for safe keeping. However, if you prefer to keep them, the Hospital
takes no responsibility for any damage or loss. |

| TRANSPORT AND PARKING |
Taxis can be requested at the reception and
the Hospital is also services by a number of buses, following
various routes towards other towns or the center of Nicosia. Buses
are available at the bus stop which is just a short walk from the
Hospital. Patients' visitors car park their cars in the Hospital
parking area.

| FINANCIAL COMMITMENTS |
Generally, your
financial responsibilities towards the Hospital include:

- Laboratory and x-ray examinations
- Surgical and anaesthetic fees
- Drugs and medical supplies
- Telephone calls
- Ambulance fees
- Doctor’s fees and anaesthetist's fees are usually paid
directly to the doctors.

| VISITING
HOURS |
| Visiting hours at Apollonion are
between 10.00 – 12.00 am and 4.00 – 9.00 pm . Due to reasons of
precautions, children
under 10 years are not allowed to visit the wards. Visitors and relatives of the patients
are requested to leave the room when the doctors and the nursing staff are attending
patients. |
